About the Author

Brittany C. Neely McPhail has been writing poetry since she was a young child. In high school and college, she wrote inspirational poetry for family members and friends for birthdays, holidays, and the unfortunate periods of life. Brittany’s perception of others’ feelings, struggles, and emotions allow her to write deeply, empathetically, passionately, and creatively. Receiving awards and recognitions throughout her life such as the Lieutenant Governor’s Writing Award and Who’s Who Among American High School Students, the author feels blessed to release her creative writing through “Eden Forsaken: Inspiration & Tears Entwined into Verse.” Her interests outside of writing poetry include writing short stories, reading fictional and non-fictional novels, and watching movies. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, parents, brothers, and other loving family and friends.
