One last hurrah, spinning old rock tunes. A way to be remembered. That's all pioneer DJ Jimmy Robbins and friends have in mind when they hijack their old radio studios for a true "oldies weekend.  But a ruthless politician calls in SWAT teams,and the aging jocks find themselves waging a p-r battle in the world media spotlight.  While only words fly, they hold their own.  But when bullets fly, they must make a quick decision about their future -- and their pride.

STATION BREAK is a lighthearted look at a gang of bumbling has-beens, desperate to create a legacy before signing off for the final time.

JAMES LAWRENCE has been an award-winning broadcast journalist and a writer and spokesman for a major corporation.  He has written for the stage and has served as a reserve law enforcement officer in the State of Texas.  He lives in the Dallas area.
