About the Author
John (Jack) Simpson was born in Philadelphia and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. After high school he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. After receiving a BS in Aeronautics from St. Louis University in 1951, he won his wings as a fighter pilot in the USAF, flying the F-86 Sabrejet in the Korean War. SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT is Jack's fourth book. His first, second, and third book is a trilogy; SOCRATES N' SUITS (a shortcut for "Suitcase", his nickname) detailing his aerial combat, test flying, and business experiences. Jack wanted his wife standing next to him. It took Jack 17 years to author four books; Dagmar Simpson, twice secretary to CEO's, "flew his wing" always there to offer guidance and counsel.
