About the Book

In reading this novel for the first time, the reader should feel that the year 2021 is not so very different from the present age. Everything seems to flow naturally. But as the reader proceeds differences pop up. The protagonist is a boy of 12. who; it turns out suffers a seemingly incurable brain disfunction. His father a medical doctor specializing in the most advance medicine (Rockerfeller Medical Center) is trying desperately to find a cure before it is too late. The boy is entirely uncontrollable by his parents. If he does not get his way he refuses all medical therapy After supper at night he takes off and travels the New York subways all night. He comes from a wealthy family living in luxury in a Fifth Avenue apartment suite. Yet he often goes off in the subways begging for money and has been at it since he was 10. He is often brought back by the police, and no one can do anything about it given tshe circumstances. The main prop undercutting the story, is never unfolded directly. The institutions of the time reflect the same taboos as those of the present. making them invisible Our present institutions governed by the will to truth have built within ways of making itself from natural truths. Just take a look at the parents, you, who are parents. Suppose it was demonstrated the therapeutic effects of sexuality in your children. How would you target it? With all the science n the world out you, our institutions prohibit even its thought

Two Volume Novels: Where Winter Keeps-- Sicilian novel and WWII experiences in depth. Volume II being revised. Sergeant visits his paternal  grandmother after the war

1945; Runs into Giulianno (to become world famous bandit family living in town in sight of grandmas town Second  volume deals in vast depths of  Sergeants relationship to Giullianno.

Sixth Novel: Operation Letter-- This novel deals with the American culture’s  evisceration of its greatest talents. The protagonist an unpublished novelist decides to hold for hostage a famous literary agent (and inadvertently gathers in his mistress, Adelaide a fantastic beauty and b rain; and a Bulgarian ambassador at UN (circa 1j985)Seventh Novel to be published by Xlibris (I hope).  I delib erately took a year off from my writing, to compete for the million dollar prized (The Turner prize)

Have been editor and publisher for five years (1976-1j980: The Newscribes a literary magazine publishing unknowns, short stories, sections of n ovels, poetry.

Have written plays. One play THAT SECRET HAMILTON REPORT 1958.

This play was the first play ever written when Sputnik hit the skies 1957. Never produced, but it  had a profound effect on some aspects of our getting back to the moon. In the play,  set five years ahead (1j963) with the Russians landing on the moon ahead of US.  The play was sent to the elite of governing people from Presidents, Eisenhower, Kennedy, News casters including Cronkite who wrote back that the play represented one of the finest he had ever read.

Fifteen years later I spoke to him and he actually remembered the play and \ could not understand why it had never been produced

I have  been writing full-time for over 50 years: Short Stories, poetry, articles and I have a web site :Http://people.delphi.com/vin1223.  It deals with among other subjects with Paranoia., delusions of  Jealousy and its relation to wife battering.
