About the Author

Ned Mock was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He graduated from King’s College, also in Wilkes-Barre, with a degree in accounting. Later he earned an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This was followed by a three year tour in the United States Army, Finance Corps. After four years of study, he earned a PhD in 1964, with a concentration in finance and economics from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Living in Northern Virginia, he worked in the private business sector in Washington, D.C. for 25 years. He co-authored two financial management books for businessmen. This is his first novel.
