Roxana Bahar Hewertson has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in profit and non-profit environments. She has co-developed and led hundreds of people through dynamic leadership and change programs. “Roxi” has been instrumental in significant culture change efforts at several universities and corporations including Cornell University, where she has worked for over twenty-four years.
