About the Author

Keith L. Partain holds a Master of Science degree in systematic entomology from Oklahoma State University. For fifteen years he worked as an industrial laboratory technician and staff writer. Since 1984 he has contributed to many international anomaly journals and newsletters and has been interviewed on television, radio and in regional newspapers. His first book in this series, Psi in the Sky, was published in 2001. Psagent is the second book in this series.
