About the Author

A renown expert in the fields of Speech Pathology, Psychology, Audiology and Special Education, Dr. Bernard-thomas Hartman has written numerous technical articles and books, and has spoken at international conferences around the world. Although he has published several short stories, Africon is his first fiction novel.
