About the Book

Disa Kenney shares her experiences of memorable lessons of love in this intimate collection of poems. About the Author

Disa Kenney is a native of Tarboro, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduation, she lived in Benton Harbor, MI, Philadelphia, PA and currently resides in Ontario, CA. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter Samia T. Haynes and a member of Delta Sigma Theta. She enjoys traveling, writing poetry and listening to music.
