About the Author

Tamika Kelly, an elementary school music teacher, enjoys singing, writing and song composition. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University in music performance. She earned her masters degree from University of Georgia in music education and music therapy. She uses her songs and stories to inspire and encourage positive character development. Erica Hicks, an elementary school art teacher, loves to draw and paint. She earned her bachelor’s degree in art education from Tyler School of Art, a part of Temple University in Philadelphia. Drawing from her expressive students, she produces eye-catching illustrations that create strong emotional connections to the characters.
