About the Book
As I stumble and crash around with Zen and Yoga I am always heartened by the tales of fellow travellers who have gone before me. I love Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Steven Copeland and so many others who have shared their amazing journies. EVERYBODY´S HERE is in the same vein, it is my story, my journey. At its best it may inspire you, and even if it doesn´t quite reach those heights it will let you know you´re not alone. Divorce, suffering, love, mountain pilgrimages, joy, drugs, ten years of yoga, koan study, trying to raise my daughter the best I can, and facing the endless nets of fear and ego--it´s all here.
