About the Author
Gerald ("Jerry") Marks is an attorney, author, lecturer and adjunct professor of law specializing in wealth preservation, asset protection, family business succession, estate and living legacy planning. He has authored numerous articles, including gender issues in estate planning the benefits of living trusts, second marriage and unmarried couples planning. Jerry is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and The Living Legacy Institute. His civic commitments include serving on the endowment committees of the Jersey Coast Chapter of The American Red Cross, The New Hope Foundation, Brookdale Community College Foundation and the Greater Monmouth County Jewish Federation.
