About the Book

About the Author
Jean-Paul Jordan was born in Quebec of a Scottish father and a French mother. He began learning English around eleven playing with nearby English children. He lft home at eighteen for Montreal where he lived with an English family. When Canada declared war on Germany, he joined the ranks of protesters. But after Pearl Harbor, he enlisted in the Navy and remained in it in peace time. THE YOUNGER ONES (as John Jordan) was so controversial it made the front page of the TORONTO GLOBE AND MAIL. After retirement from the Navy, he went into the life insurance profession, specializing in corporate problems and estate planning.
