About the Book

About the Author

Carrie Ann Hoisington began writing in elementary school. Tales of Extraordinary Beauty is her first published work. Carrie was born in Athens, Ohio and raised in Corning, Ohio. She attended Miller High School, received her BA in Psychology from Berea College in Berea, Kentucky and her MSSA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Carrie currently resides in Lakewood, Ohio. She works with the geriatric population as a clinical social worker and actively encourages her clients to use writing as a tool for self-improvement and healing.
