About the Author
AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY James M. Rose is a practicing attorney in White Plains, New York. He is a former Assistant District Attorney, and has taught at Pace University School of Law and Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations. He is an editor of the Westchester Bar Journal, a Director of the Westchester County Bar Association, and a vice president of the Westchester County Legal Aid Society. He is an active litigator, and many of these pieces are inspired by cases he has tried over thirty years.
