About the Author

Robert Geibert Robert Geibert, holds an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. As an experienced educator and Registered Nurse, he has conceptualized, developed and implemented Web-based instruction in academic and organizational environments. He recently led the largest health care related Web-based training project in the world. Susan Hunter Harvey Susan Hunter Harvey, Ph.D. has been a champion of distributed and distance learning for over a decade, and remains committed to enhanced access to education opportunities for learners worldwide. She has been a Professor of Leadership in a graduate faculty of education, and has mentored over 70 doctoral candidates within a Web-based environment.
