About the Author
Sandy Denise Wilkins has contributed to our culture with her writing ability and poetic skill of rhyme and rhythm. The oldest of three, Sandy depicts her growing up throughout the pages of this book. Experiences that many young women and men can identify with, Sandy took notes along her path and then composed them into poems, as this book illustrates. The author grew up in Oglethorpe County, a part of northeast Georgia. Here is where most of the poems originated.
