About the Author

Philip John Miller is a native New Yorker. He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the City University of New York. As an Army Officer, he was decorated three times during the term of his duty. The author has spent thirty-eight years in the Commercial Insurance Industry, specializing in the design and implementation of Insurance Programs for disadvantaged groups, including Non-Profit Organizations and for the Hazardous Material Industry. He has written various articles for the Insurance Industry and has appeared numerous times on national television, i.e. CNBC and FOX 5. He has also been a guest speaker on the Bernard Meltzer Radio Show. The author was appointed to the United States Presidential Roundtable in 2000. He is a member of the United States Senatorial Trust and was named Businessman of the Year from New York in 2001. In 2003, Mr. Miller was the recipient of the National Republican Congressional Committee Gold Medal for Business Leaders and the Congressional Order of Merit. In 2004, he was appointed to the Presidential Task Force. Mr. Miller’s name has been included on the Ronald Wilson Reagan Founder’s Wall in Washington, D.C. In the same year, he was also invited to serve as an Honorary Chairman of the House Majority Trust. In December 2004, Mr. Miller was nominated for the Congressional Medal of Freedom. Mr. Miller is published in Marquis’ Who’s Who in America and Marquis’ Who’s Who in the World.
