About the Book

Dream Catcher is a compilation of poetry, each with its own soul and heartbeat.

They are thoughts and words compiled by life experiences and sometimes from an unknown place. They hit the page with much anticipation and enthusiasm as they carry words from deep inside.

They are dark and light, filled with love and emptied by doubt. They are true events and messages from heaven. They are stories born from dreams and dreams that live in stories . . .

And dream catchers.

Before I could truly find you, I lost you. I am angry at fate because she’s a liar, Or perhaps it is her truth, I find unsettling.

Darkness creeps in my head, she screams my name, over and over, she knows it so well. I am her play and she is the actor, She screams my name and they applaud.

About the Author

Phyllis Sardone-Ferreira has been writing poetry and short stories from a very young age. She was always engulfed in reading and writing as a child. She continuously wrote until she fell ill with Guillain-Barré syndrome, which left her with little to no function in her hands, paralyzed and blind. Fortunately, she made a full recovery and began to write again. She also discovered at a young age that she is clairvoyant and has been able to give many messages of love and hope. A lot of her poetry stems from her own experiences, relationships, friendships, and love, but with great appreciation, Phyllis attributes much of what she has written to the many spirits who guide her and have their own stories to tell. Phyllis currently resides in Toronto, Canada with her husband and two young sons. She is a stayat- home mom to Sebastian, three years old, and Jamie, eighteen months
