About the Author

Charles McNab was born on the small island of Roatán off the northern coast of Honduras. As a youth, he immigrated to the U.S. and served in the United States Merchant Marine for all of World War II. In the years following the war, he earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in the humanities. Charles has lived an active life as sailor, rancher, teamster, residential developer, and high school teacher. He lives in California with Gloria, his wife of fifty-five years. Their three children and five grandchildren reside nearby. Charles has spent the better part of the last decade penning the lines in The Prodigal Connection.
