About the Author

Formerly with Eastman Chemical Company, a Fortune 500 company and recipient of the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Tom has over thirty years managerial and internal consulting experience including ten years independent/external experience in leadership development, quality management, organizational development and personal development. Tom is presently a principal in VisionWorks, LLC, helping people worldwide improve personal and organizational effectiveness. LARRY WARKOCZESKI has been a senior executive in the retail/wholesale food and health services industries, a business college law professor, and the president of a technology start-up firm. In each of these arenas, he utilized his experience in marketing, planning, leadership development, quality management, and managed care.
