A Knight Without Intellect is a collection of short stories and poems written in an attempt to express both the absurdly humorous and frightening insights of its author.

About the Author

Perused the local bookstore, stumbled upon the pretentious title of *****’s poetry book, A Night Without Armor. The event cemented the idea to reestablish balance utilizing my natural abundance of foolishness as a simpleton, and write my own book, A Knight Without Intellect. Being influenced by Kerouac, Hesse, and particularly the irreverent, hip Bukowski, and The Doors, I felt myself well equipped to take on the task. Eric Arthur Martinez, born 9-12-63, Sacramento, California, received B.S. degrees in Sacramento, and Northwestern University in Chicago. Has worked as a Journeyman painter, Actor, Writer, and Physical Therapist. Joys include surfing and gambling.
