About the Book

The author reveals how God has helped her to overcome a painful childhood and has brought her to a place of healing and transformation.

About the Author

Valerie McGrath resides in Seacrest, Florida. Her poems have been published in the following anthologies by the National Library of Poetry: A Break in the Clouds, Traces of Yesterday, Through the Looking Glass, Nature’s Echoes, Poetry’s Elite: The Best Poets of 2000, America at the Millennium: The Best Poems and Poets of the 20th Century, and The Best Poems and Poets of 2001. Several of her poems have been recorded on “The Sound of Poetry”, a collection of professionally recorded poetry. The International Society of Poets nominated her as poet of the year in 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002. Her poem “Circles” is currently being recorded by Hilltop Records in Hollywood, California, and will be included on the CD “America”.
