About the Book

The mystery is about identical twins and the sometimes- criminal actions that occur when one of them weds a man who owns a computer manufacturing company in Austin, Texas. The criminal acts include the abduction of their teen age son who disappears at the same time a shipment of expensive brain chips come up missing. Police Lieutenant Hank Garza and private investigator Dan Brandon, who is hired to find the missing son, must solve three murders, find the chips and halt a money laundering operation. The inclusion of scenes that take place in the locality of historical Sunday houses and old restored public buildings around the Fredericksburg area add realism and the flavor of Texas to the setting.

About the Author

The author is an Ohio transplant who has spent about half of his life in the wiles of Central Texas. He graduated from Eastern New Mexico University and received a Masters Degree from the University of Toledo. His background in Psychology and Sociology initiated his interest in Criminology, but the reading of countless mystery stories is the main ingredient which has stirred him into writing one of his own. He has the desire to give back to humanity a small part of the kind of reading enjoyment that he has experienced himself for many years.
