About the Author
Scott Fisher is also the author of Courtesy-Service-Protection: The Iowa State Patrol. He enjoys writing about his native Iowa and about events related to his family history. Growing up in Davenport, Iowa, Scott is a 4th generation educator, having taught and coached at the high school and college levels for over 25 years. He has also written award-winning articles and short stories about aviation, the automotive industry, travel, and education. He currently teaches writing and literature courses at Rock Valley College in Rockford, Illinois.
