About the Book

This book is the result of over 20 years of search for health by both authors. It is based on the research of the late Dr. John Tintera, an endocrinologist, who pioneered research on the adrenal gland. Tintera found that many of our modern day chronic illness esand syndromes orginated in the hormanal system especially in the gonadal (sex) hormonal system.

The authors use a modified sympto-thermal record developed by the Couple-to-Couple League to determine their own hormonal imbalances. They share their personal experiences to show women what they can do to help themselves.
