Suzanne Papale Arcure has been cutting hair for twenty years, and she has raised two beautiful daughters. “It was always a main event to give children their first haircuts”. Wanting to share this knowledge and experience, she was guided and inspired to write “Little Angels Heavenly Hair Care”.
Suzanne Papale Arcure is a member of the AMBAA and was born on a farm in Folcroft Pennsylvania, the suburbs of Philadelphia. She attended Archbishop Prendergast High School and then Venus School of Cosmetology and was the youngest of nine children with many nieces and nephews.
