About the Book

This guide makes life easier for Senior travelers to New York City. It gives tips on how to find the right hotels and restaurants, short cuts into museums and other destinations, and lists places to sit, rest, and go to the bathroom. New York Made Easy pays particular attention to saving money and time, enjoying the theatre, and special events, as well as finding a doctor and staying safe.

I’m fortunate to be able to take advantage of the many exciting experiences this city has to offer, and want to make New York your favorite destination too.

About the Author

Carole A. Kennedy, 68, has traveled all over the world as a jewelry and accessories designer. She’s been on six continents and says it’s easier to count the countries she’s not visited rather than the reverse. Presently, she resides on Roosevelt Island, adjacent to Manhattan, and declares her favorite city on earth will always be New York. Hattie-Jo P. Mullins, 61, has written articles for national publications, and currently teaches English and expository writing at Bronx Community College, City University of New York. She has visited all 50 states but, like Carole, loves New York best.
