About the Book

Tadpoles, Caskets and Butterscotch Pudding, is a true story of five children and their bittersweet experiences. It is both amusing and poignant. Orignally this book was titled "Do You Remember Bullet" which had a special reference for the five Taylor kids. Bullet was one of a litter of beautiful puppies born during a wonderful time in the lives of the energetic and inquisitive Taylor Children. It was the remembrance of Bullet, as well as the other pups, which became the lasting bond for the five Taylor youngsters throughout the years.

About the Author

Loretta Taylor is a retired woman who has written all her life with fiction novels as her first love. With a head full of ideas and a life that wouldn‘t permit her to take the time and actually write anything longer than articles or newspaper columns, she found herself frustrated more times than she would like to remember. Now that she is retired, it has been with great personal satisfaction that she has completed her first book, the autobiographical, Tadpoles, Caskets and Butterscotch Pudding. She now plans to retrieve the many novels she has started over the years, dust them off and one by one remove them from her to-do list.
