About the Book

For hundreds of decades, humans have lived according to an artificial calendar. In the process, our connection with the natural world has been broken. Soul Food: Feeding The Inner Spirit is a collection of daily meditation essays following the cycles of the moon, the same progression of days once lived by all creatures of Earth. The wisdom stories contained in these pages are a  guide, a signpost to help you gain awareness of your spirituality and how integrated spirit is in your total self. Our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual sides have been separated far too long. Learning to be totally who and what we are is an exciting adventure, yet one filled with peace and contentment. As you make time to meditate, walk in harmony, bring the disparate pieces of your life into a healthy oneness, you will learn that feeding spirit is every bit as vital as caring for your body, mind and emotions.

Take time, at long last, to nourish your inner soul that you might find your place in the great web called life and walk the good road on your pathway to becoming.
