About the Author

Linsey Moore was born in Oneida, New York on August 13th, 1949. He attended Lake Shore and Blanche Ely High Schools. Thereafter, he attended Bowie State College in Bowie, Maryland; Howard University in Washington, D.C.; the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. He spent a summer at the University of Florida Law School in Gainesville, Florida, and attended the Trial Institute an the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is practiced law for 25 years and is presently teaching criminal justice at Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Florida.
