About the Book

The story of The Mysterious Pigeon is set on the tiny island of Bonaire in the Netherlands Antilles. This desert island is filled with cactus, wild donkeys, and more goats than people. The dry and arid land is surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. Due south of Bonaire and not many miles away is Venezuela and Columbia.

Peer pressure, a drug pusher at school, an injured pigeon with a strange leg ban, and ruthless men are stirred together to give Mark and his sister, Babs, and their friend, Steven, enough adventure to last a lifetime.
