Meiko S. Patton was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has always had a love for writing and storytelling. She was inspired to write this story by her mom, who is an accomplished songwriter. The idea for The Giant Strawberry came from an idea her mother had as a little girl and Meiko developed it into a finely written story.
