She has lived in Hong Kong, Berlin, Mexico and now in Los Angeles Alice Rivers studied at Bonn University under a German Government Fellowship and Fulbright travel grant. A teacher, policy/procedure writer, United Nations and World Affairs Council member, she has travelled widely and her favourite foreign country is the one she is in.
