Mr. Kevin Curtis Barr was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September the 26th, of the year 1963. He attended Withrow Senior High during the 1980's. Mr. Barr to date has only spoken with his show biz idol singer Chaka Khan for nearly the entire life of her musical career just twice in passing.
