About the Author
The author is a retired paralegal, having worked in the legal field with her husband for the past 20 years. She and her husband raised two daughters and she has been past president of the PTA and served as a volunteer fingerprinter for the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department in the child identification campaign and the Just Say No Campaign. Since her early 20's she has studied religion, Southwest history and metaphysics. She and her husband reside in Fair Oaks, California with assorted dogs and cats. She is currently the author of The Ordinary Extraordinary Boy. Mandy has the perfect life and is the perfect student; now she wants to have the perfect body and be beautiful, thin and graceful like the models and movie stars she sees in magazines and on television. One day, when her friends tell her she looks fat in a new dress, she decides to diet just like everyone else.
