About the Author

Anna was born in Louisiana, lived her adult life in Texas. She has raised six children, has twelve grandchildren and great grandchildren. After her children were pre-teens, she attended and graduated college. She is a Registered Nurse, Counselor and a Case Manager. Her thirst for knowledge has continued. She is presently taking a course in Theology, as it is her desire to increase her knowledge and understanding of God. As a counselor she currently volunteers her time. Her specialty is working with the addicted person(s) and their significant others. Throughout her career, her concept of God has increased through the Twelve Steps program. The Twelve Steps program is focused on surrender, acceptance and following of a Higher Power, God. As her journey with God has continued, she has experienced a compelling desire to write Christian poems.
