About the Author

Jed Wunderli graduated from the University of Utah in 1988 with a B.S. in Sociology, and went back a few years later to study Accounting. Having watched his father chart stocks every week of his informative years, it was a natural for him to work for Fidelity Investments where he was Series 7 licensed to trade stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and options. In 1995, Jed left Fidelity to re-enter the mortgage industry and has worked on both the wholesale and retail side of the business. In an effort to help his clients understand the need to better prepare for retirement than most were currently doing, Jed developed a software program for the mortgage industry call The Wealthbuilder Financial Analysis System. He has been consulting his clients with the help of this tool for the last seven years working closely with estate planning attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and Realtors to help set up his clients for financial success. This book contains the things on which Jed advises his clients in his mortgage planning practice.
