BIO FOR THE JACKET Don Ericksen was born and raised in Chicago. Until his retirement he taught English and Victorian fiction at The University of Arizona and Illinois State University. He now lives with his wife in northwestern Arkansas on a hilltop in the Boston Mountains and spends his time writing fiction, building interesting things, and raising cattle. He’s currently writing a detective thriller and a sequel to The Shadows and the Darkness.
