The relationship of the Eternal Self to the subconscious, to the personality and to the physical body, gives a clear picture of the wholeness of self, and what positive results can come from a close examination of the subconscious self, clarifying and negating the fear often connected with such examination. A new approach to meditation suggests not only its practical application toward problem solving and how to deal with stress, but a way in which the conscious self can bond with and know the Eternal Self.

Suggestions designed to help gain a clearer understanding of the decision-making process and its use in assuring that future decisions are the right ones are easily understood and applied. Other ideas that help deal with fear and pain are presented in believable and easily understood terms. A thought-provoking look at material possessions and their importance, most particularly how one looks at what is already owned and desired, might cause considerable surprise. Open discussions of sexual orientation and how such orientation is viewed by the individual shows how such can affect the lifetime being lived. What you believe or don’t believe can have very unexpected results affecting not only the present lifetime but also what happens after the body dies. A new and different way of looking at death presents a number of scenarios that can occur, including how the just completed lifetime is judged and by whom, and what happens when a future lifetime is contemplated. For reincarnation is fact, each lifetime chosen by the Eternal Self, to experience and learn what it feels is needed in order to achieve the eventual bonding with Light, or God the Creator. Let me simply say that I am known as a Being of Light, named My Lord by those on Earth who have had contact with me. My co-author, editor, and the person who channeled this book, has been working with her teachers and me for a bit better than twenty Earth years.
