About the Book

Vea is a former member of the infamous Card Deck Gang. She recently gained information on the whereabouts of the greatest treasure of their time and starts a quest in order to uncover it!

She later runs into a mysterious guy named…..Guy, who becomes her new body guard after the sudden death of her old protector. The Card Deck Gang seeks to uncover the treasure as well and will go through any means to get to it first! Will Guy be able to protect Vea from the Card Deck Gang? About the Author

Author Biography Jere’ and Jerell Hicks were born on May 29, 1985 and raised in Denver, Colorado. They are twins under the Gemini sign. They have two older brothers and one younger sister named Christopher, Richard and Mariah Hicks. Their mother, Marilyn Hicks, has always been proud of them and supports their love for drawing. They’ve always had a passion for comic book art since reading The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles by Mirage Comics and watching the popular series Dragon Ball on television. Jere’ and Jerell have been drawing since they were 8 years old and have been inspired to draw comic books in Japanese anime style.
