About the Author

Maxine Sue Feller was born and educated in New York City; she received her B.A. from Brooklyn College. After marrying Irving Feller, she served as an Ombudsman for the Department of Aging in San Diego when the couple moved to California. Learning more about her limits and boundaries, she began writing poetry to express her long-buried feelings. She turned to novel writing when Irving was diagnosed with “senior dementia”. She examined her life experiences, and now shares her hard-won insights with you.
