Vernal I. Watkins was born and raised in Laurel Maryland a, city which sits in the center of the metropolitan areas of the District of Columbia and Baltimore Maryland. There he met and married his college sweetheart (Denise) and, they’ve been celebrating their covenant of, marriage for over (35) thirty-five years. Vernal is, a proud parent and dedicated father of (5) loving children in, whom he’s well pleased.
