About the Book
Bridge of Hope came to me while my family and I were driving from New York over the Thanksgiving holiday. My husband drove while I sat in the back seat with our son. Along the way I took photographs of many sights, the sight of the river was soothing. Seating in the back seat, I was able to take photos of the most beautiful sites. The most beautiful site was when we were approaching the Delaware Bridge. The sunset was lying beyond that bridge like something only nature can create. At that moment my camera was handy, the idea for Bridge of Hope came to me. I told my self that my dream should be the size of that bridge. And, as I went back and forth studying the different photos I’d taken on that trip my son’s photos were right there, too…. Then, I said it out loud, A child’s Bridge of Hope….
About the Author
A Child’s Bridge of Hope is the first children’s book I’ve successfully written and published. My writing started a long time ago deep within my heart, my soul and though, I’d never published any book, I’ve written poems and essays and even enjoyed writing letters just to save them on my computer. Perhaps I never got the right tool and motivation to publish. I’ve read several books from different writers I’d realized things in life is a test. After reading many great novels such as Pillars and Voice in the Wind I believe that some day I’ll become a great writer. A Child’s Bridge of Hope is a series of many books to be published. This book is written for my son Francois. My inspiration is coming from the learning aspects of his day to day life…. Currently, I live with my family in Georgia. My dream is to continue my education.
