About the Author

Tilahun Mekonnen Goshu, 35, an Ethiopian origin is a well known writer in Ethiopia. He published some 5 books. His powerful writings led him to pass through persecution and faced great loses to his business. He was imprisoned, tortured, stabbed, excommunicated, and forced to live in exile. The government of Ethiopia, along with the Orthodox Church dismantled his printing enterprise for two times. He is a graduate nurse and agro – mechanic in profession. In addition he is attending his general studies at Piedmont Community College in Virginia. He worked as managing director, business planner, marketing manager, clinician, Church and community leader, and chief printing graphic editor to different organizations. He is working at University of Virginia and successfully raising his two children, Elshadai and Temnasera. He is living a victorious life with his beloved wife Meseret Workelul and his younger brother Defaru Goshu.
