About the Book

DJ has put on paper an expression of her insight into the spirit of humanity. These are poems about life and overcoming all the obstacles that we face. These writings are inspirational and many are allegories that depict the truth. Some of these poems came into expression from the experiences with other people. Out of the circumstances of life, an expression was given to create a poem. Many of these poems are written from the windows of the soul. Through the eyes of the heart, the mouth finds words to express.

About the Author

The author, DJ Peterman lives in Winterville, Georgia with her husband. She has one daughter and one grandson whom she loves very much. She has been writing poems for two and a half years. It all began when she wanted to write something special for a friend that was getting married. As she began to write, a poem emerged describing how she felt about her friend. This poem was her gift to a long time friend, and many poems followed that one. DJ decided to compile her poems and put them in a book.
