About the Author

Larry has a unique style. His poetry is written in a story form. He has a lot to say, and he likes to express his observation of life and people in a light, easy-flowing way. Larry was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1953. He is retired from the city of Pittsburgh’s public works department where he worked with his brothers Ed and Paul. He had thirty-two years of service, and now that he has time, he writes short stories and of course his poetry. His brother Paul now teaches at the local college, and his brother Ed, an astute businessman who attended Carnegie Mellon, is now retired and living in Florida. Larry attended along with his brother Paul at Cheyney State College before it became a University. It’s located just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As you read these poems, you’ll find Larry’s humor and sincerity refreshing. These poems are funny, thought provoking and thoughtful. These poems are for everyone. Larry will take you on a fun-filled ride you’ll enjoy. Larry’s next book is halfway through completion. The author will explore more of our world and our fellow men’s thoughts and actions that will leave a smile on your face and tug a little at your heartstrings.
