About the Author

I was born in Williamston South Carolina in 1956 , the youngest of 3 children . My father was just starting his military career as a Chaplin , so my brother , sister , and I grew up on military bases across the country and Europe . I graduated High School in Ayer , Massachusetts , and returned to Columbia , South Carolina to attend college . I later moved back to Massachusetts , then eventually relocated to New Hampshire , where I remained for another 18 years . I finally returned home to South Carolina , where I now live with my wife Diane .
