No wings of dove or eagle can carry you away from the sorrows of a frightened and trembling heart in these times of financial uncertainty. You have the urge to run away when pressures and troubles present no way out. What God has laid upon you, lay upon the Lord. He will carry your burden. Deliverance comes once you have endured the pain of your trial and testing. God is the One who will help you through your present trials; He is the One who sends blessings after you have endured.

About the Author

BETTIE SUE PEARSON, Ph.D earned her Doctorate in Sacred Theology, magna cum laude, from Amherst Theological Seminary, Madison Heights, Virginia. She also graduated from Liberty Bible Institute, Lynchburg, Virginia. Biblical spirituality is her focus in Christian Ministry. Bettie Sue weaves real-life experiences into biblical teachings, for television and radio listeners, as well as at women’s seminars and retreats. Students have the opportunity to absorb and integrate key biblical principles into life application. A retired California Certified Court Reporter, she is also a preservationist at heart. Dr. Pearson renovated an 1875 Greek Revival home in the Historic District of Shelby, North Carolina, for conversion into a bed and breakfast. She is a graduate from Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in Phoenix, Arizona. She also teaches ballroom, swing, and Latin dancing to couples and Middle Eastern dancing to women.
