About the Author

Ricardo (Rico) H. Correia is President of Centaur Consulting, human resources, business development and sports image consulting firm. Rico is a respected human resources executive and dynamic training professional. His focus has been on improving communication, motivation, and productivity. Rico works with high profile companies and professional sports teams presenting programs to over 30,000 participants within corporations, schools, non-profit organizations and professional associations. He is also a nationally recognized motivational speaker focusing on the key elements of achieving personal and professional success. Prior to starting his consulting practice he held the position of Director, Human Resources for ESPN, VP Human Resources for CH2M Hill and VP Human Resource Development for SRI Surgical. Rico holds a Law degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. He also sits on the Board of Directors of One Source Entertainment Group.
